WSDOT has announced several road closures and lane restrictions in the Centralia–Chehalis area starting this week. The most significant closure is on I-405 between mileposts 17. 45 and 18. 12, where northbound Express Toll Lanes will be closed nightly from 8:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. through August 14.

Other closures include a northbound I-5 lane closure between Samish Way and Iowa Street on August 15–16, and a guardrail repair on SR 14 between mileposts 8. 5 and 9. 4 on August 12. A major closure on SR 169 near Jones Lake will begin August 17 and last 35 days for fish barrier removal, with detours in place.
