SR 534, I-5, and SR 169 closures planned

Construction crews will close a single lane of SR 534 with alternating traffic from 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7 through 5 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 8 for paving work between I-5 and SR 9.

Starting Monday, Aug. 17, both directions of SR 169 will close for 35 days between Southeast 332nd Street and Plass Road near Jones Lake for fish barrier removal, with detours in place. Local access and business access will remain open during the closure.

I-5 and SR 96 will also see temporary lane closures and detours through mid-August, with specific dates and times provided by WSDOT.
